Copyright & Safety

Last updated · June 25, 2026
This is a working draft prepared by the LOUDROW team. It is not yet a final legal document and may change before launch. For binding legal matters, please consult a qualified lawyer.

LOUDROW hosts photos and other content uploaded by fans. We respect copyright and we have zero tolerance for illegal content. This page explains how to report both, and how we respond. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

1. Reporting copyright infringement

If you own the rights to a photo (or other work) that appears on LOUDROW without your permission, send a written takedown notice to our designated copyright agent at guilhermenunescunhaneto@gmail.com. To be valid under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)), your notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  • The URL (or enough detail to locate) the specific infringing material on LOUDROW.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights-holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We act on valid notices expeditiously — typically within 72 hours — by removing or disabling access to the material and notifying the user who posted it.

2. Designated copyright agent

Notices and counter-notices should be addressed to our designated agent:

  • LOUDROW — Copyright Agent
  • Email: guilhermenunescunhaneto@gmail.com

3. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to guilhermenunescunhaneto@gmail.com including:

  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone, email, and your signature.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and to accept service from the party who filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant pursues a court order.

4. Repeat-infringer policy

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. We maintain a record of takedown notices against each account. As a general rule, an account that receives three valid, uncontested copyright notices loses upload access and is terminated. We may act sooner for severe or willful infringement. This policy is applied consistently to every account.

5. Child safety & illegal content

LOUDROW has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors. If you encounter such material on LOUDROW:

  • Use the ⚑ Report control on the content, or email guilhermenunescunhaneto@gmail.com with the subject line "URGENT — CHILD SAFETY".
  • Do not download, save, or share the material.

On a credible report we remove the material immediately, preserve the relevant records, terminate the responsible account, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the appropriate authorities, as required of U.S. providers. The repeat-infringer and counter-notice processes above do not apply to this category — there is no appeal for illegal content.

6. Other abuse

For harassment, hate speech, doxxing, threats, spam, or impersonation, use the ⚑ Report control on the content or write to guilhermenunescunhaneto@gmail.com. Reporting hides the content from your view immediately; we review and act per our Community Guidelines.

7. Misuse of this process

Knowingly filing a false takedown or counter-notice can carry legal liability under the DMCA. Please report responsibly.
