Community Guidelines

Last updated · June 11, 2026
This is a working draft prepared by the LOUDROW team. It may change as the community grows. Questions or appeals: guilhermenunescunhaneto@gmail.com.

1. The spirit

LOUDROW is a live-music archive built by the people who were there. Everything here — the shows, the setlists, the photos — exists because a fan took the time to document a night. These guidelines protect that work: keep the archive accurate, keep the credit honest, and keep the room safe.

2. Attendance is your word

"I was there" is one tap, taken in good faith. We don't scan tickets or check GPS — the ✓ Attended badge means you say you were there, and we trust you.

  • Mark only shows you actually attended.
  • Don't game attendance numbers — accounts that mass-mark shows they plainly didn't attend may have their attendance reset.
  • Tagging friends ("went with") is a soft link — it never marks them as attending; they claim their own nights.

3. Photos: shoot it or credit it

  • Upload your own work. If you're posting someone else's photo with their permission, use the credit field to name them — never claim it as yours.
  • No stolen content. Don't upload photos ripped from photographers, press outlets, or other fans. Don't crop out or remove watermarks.
  • Concert content only. Photos must be from the show they're attached to. No memes, no screenshots, no unrelated material.
  • Nothing illegal or explicit. No nudity, gore, or content depicting people in degrading situations. Crowd shots are part of live music; targeted, humiliating photos of individuals are not.
  • ★ Official means official. The gold badge is granted per-artist by admins to accredited photographers. Don't imply official status you don't have.

4. Keep the catalog true

  • Real concerts only. No fantasy shows, private rehearsals, or assumed dates.
  • Get the basics right: correct artist billing, venue, city, and date. When a show runs past midnight, it belongs to the date on the ticket.
  • Setlists are collaborative. Suggest edits through the setlist editor; base them on something verifiable — a recording, the artist's own posts, or your attendance. If you're guessing, say so in the note.
  • Don't duplicate. Search before adding an artist, venue, or show. Mods merge duplicates, but every merge costs volunteer time.

5. Respect the people in the room

  • Disagree about music as much as you like — attack the take, never the person.
  • No harassment, hate speech, slurs, or threats. None. This is the fastest way to lose your account.
  • No doxxing — never post someone's private information, on or off platform.
  • No spam: repeated self-promotion, scam links, engagement bait, or flooding comments.
  • There are no DMs on LOUDROW — by design. Coordination (rides, meetups, ticket swaps) happens in public replies and groups, where the community and moderators can see it. Don't use comments to push people to private channels.

6. 16+

LOUDROW is for people 16 and older. Accounts found to be under 16 are removed. Members aged 16–17 have their social links hidden from logged-out visitors.

7. Flags and moderation

  • Every photo and comment carries a flag control — use it. Reports are anonymous to the reported user.
  • Content that accumulates several open flags is auto-hidden pending review, so the community can act faster than any moderator.
  • Moderator actions are logged. Consequences scale: warning → content removal → temporary restriction → permanent removal. Egregious cases (hate, doxxing, stolen-content patterns) skip the ladder.
  • Think we got it wrong? Appeal by email — a human reads every appeal.

8. Copyright

If your photo or other work appears on LOUDROW without permission, email us with the link and proof of ownership; we remove verified infringements promptly. Repeated infringers lose their accounts.
