1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using LOUD ROW ("we", "us", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use LOUD ROW. We collect a date of birth at sign-up to verify this. Accounts found to be under 16 will be deleted.
If you're between 16 and 17, your social-media links are hidden from logged-out viewers as a safety measure.
3. Your account
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information on your account.
- Keeping your sign-in method (Google, Apple, email magic link) secure.
- All activity that happens under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
4. Your content
You can upload photos, comments, setlists, RSVPs, and similar content ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content.
By uploading Your Content, you grant LOUD ROW a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, resize, watermark, and distribute Your Content on the Service. This license exists to operate the Service — we do not sell your content to third parties, and we will not use your photos in paid advertising without separately asking you.
This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except where we are legally required to retain it.
Photo uploads
By uploading a photo, you confirm one of the following:
- You took the photo, OR
- You have explicit permission from the photographer to share it, AND you have credited them in the credit line (default: your handle).
You must not upload photos that:
- Were taken by someone else without their permission.
- Are watermarked or marked as copyrighted by a press agency or commercial photographer.
- Were behind a paywall or marked "do not share".
- Depict minors who haven't consented (or whose guardian hasn't consented if under 16).
- Are AI-generated and try to pass as concert photography.
See our community guidelines (linked from the home page) for the full rules around photo uploads.
5. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, dox, or discriminate against any user, artist, or venue.
- Upload illegal content, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content promoting violence.
- Falsify show attendance ("I was there") at shows you didn't attend.
- Add fake shows, artists, venues, or setlist entries.
- Scrape, mirror, or reproduce the Service without our written permission.
- Use automated tools to flood the Service with requests or content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to our infrastructure.
- Use the Service to advertise commercial products or services unrelated to live music.
6. Moderation
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms. Most violations follow a three-strike posture (warning → temporary suspension → permanent ban). Severe single incidents — sexual content involving minors, doxxing, credible threats of violence — result in immediate permanent bans.
We are not obligated to monitor every post but we act on reports. The ⚑ Report button is on every comment, photo, profile, and show.
7. Copyright (DMCA-style takedowns)
If you believe Your Content has been used on LOUD ROW without your permission, file a report at guilhermenunescunhaneto@gmail.com including:
- The URL of the infringing content.
- A statement that you are the rights-holder or their authorized agent.
- Your contact information.
We will respond within 72 hours and remove infringing content promptly. Repeated infringers lose upload access.
8. Our intellectual property
The LOUD ROW name, logo, design, software, and the curated catalog (excluding Your Content) are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
9. Third-party services
LOUD ROW uses third-party services to operate:
- Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and file storage.
- Vercel for hosting.
- Setlist.fm, MusicBrainz, and Ticketmaster as catalog data sources.
- Future analytics or monitoring services may be added.
Your use of the Service is subject to these third parties' own terms.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
- Information on the Service is accurate — setlists, attendance, and catalog entries are crowdsourced.
- Your Content won't be lost in a failure scenario. We keep backups but cannot guarantee 100% durability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOUD ROW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months — which, for free users, is zero.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LOUD ROW harmless from claims arising from:
- Your Content (especially photos you didn't have the rights to upload).
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
You can terminate your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. On termination, Your Content may be removed (except where legally required to retain).
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of São Paulo, SP.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the home page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
